Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician who is passionate about cars, focused on quality, and committed to continued growth in this industry. While experience with aftermarket parts and motorsport environments is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is your dedication to doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and carry out repair orders efficiently and accurately

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues across a wide range of vehicles

  • Provide clear labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services

  • Perform high-quality repairs on major automotive systems (engine, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, etc.) in accordance with shop and OEM standards

  • Complete all documentation, digital or physical, associated with repair services

  • Perform post-repair quality control checks to ensure repairs meet customer and shop expectations

  • Maintain an organized, clean workspace and keep track of all tools and equipment

  • Communicate directly and effectively with the service advisor and parts department

  • Assist with vehicle track prep and support, as needed

  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and respect in all customer and team interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in automotive repair and diagnostics

  • Strong mechanical skills and experience using standard and advanced diagnostic tools

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvemen

  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience with aftermarket performance parts and modifications

  • Familiarity with European or Japanese performance platforms (BMW, Porsche, Toyota, etc.)

  • Previous exposure to track days, HPDE, or other motorsports events

  • ASE certifications or OEM training
