Returns Policy

At Elite Performance, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days from the delivery date. Returns must meet the conditions outlined below:

Return Conditions:

  1. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover order processing and restocking.
  2. Helmets: Must be unused, with all original packaging and protective stickers intact.
  3. Parts: Must be brand new, unused, unmounted, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  4. Apparel and Race Gear: Must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging. Washed items are non-returnable.
  5. Special Orders: Not refundable or returnable. Delivery may take 2-3 weeks or longer, depending on the manufacturer.
  6. Wheels and Tires: Non-special order wheels and tires may be returned if unmounted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  7. Heat-Cycled Tires: Final sale; no refunds or exchanges.
  8. Open-Box Electronics: Not returnable.

Damaged Items:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of the damage and packaging. Delayed claims may not be honored.

Additional Return Information:

  • Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unless defective) and include all original packaging and parts.
  • Items that do not meet return requirements will be held for 45 days. Customers must arrange for their return within this period. Afterward, unclaimed items may be disposed of at our discretion.
  • Do not refuse a package or use "return to sender" for returns. Doing so may delay your refund and incur additional shipping and restocking fees.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, call us at 650-689-5045 or email sales@elite-performance.com.
  • Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet shipped.

Pricing Policy

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • If a price changes, we will notify you and seek approval before proceeding with your order.

Stock Availability

  • Items listed as "in stock" are subject to sell-out without prior notice.
  • If an item is sold out, we will inform you promptly and provide options to backorder or cancel.

3. Discount Process
