Returns Policy
At EP Tuning, our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 45 days from the delivery date. The returned merchandise must be received by us within this 45-day period. For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items upon receipt, please notify us and return the item within 45 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover order processing and restocking.
- Helmets: Must be unused, with all original packaging and protective stickers intact.
- Parts: Must be brand new, unused, unmounted, with all original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Apparel and Race Gear: Must be unused with tags attached and in original packaging. Washed items are non-returnable.
- Special Orders: May take 2-3 weeks or longer for delivery depending on the manufacturer. Not refundable or returnable.
- Non-Special Order Wheels and Tires: May be returned if unmounted. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Heat-Cycled Tires: Final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
- Open Box Electronics: Not returnable.
Things to Know About Returns:
- For damaged items, contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of the damage and packaging. Delayed contact may affect your claim.
- Returned items must be in resellable condition, unless defective and in original packaging with all included parts.
- If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you via email. You must arrange for the return of such items at your cost within 45 days of notice. Unclaimed items may be disposed of at our discretion.
- Do not refuse a package or use "return to sender" for returns. This will delay your refund and incur additional shipping charges plus a restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations:
- To cancel an order, call us at 650-689-5045 or email sales@ep-tuning.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.
Pricing:
- Prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price changes and seek your approval before processing or canceling your order.
Stock Availability:
- In-stock items are subject to sell-out without notice. If an item is sold out, we will inform you promptly.
Images:
- Product images are for visual reference only and may not accurately reflect the actual configuration.
Wheels and Tires:
- Wheels are priced per wheel unless otherwise stated. Some wheels must be sold in pairs.
- Tires are priced per tire and must be purchased as a pair.
