Do I need to clean the dampers?

Please clean your dampers before sending it in! The less time we spend on cleaning it the more time we can spend on the important rebuild tasks. If the dampers are sent in with excessive build up or dirt, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee, and we really rather just spend time re-building your precious dampers.

Do I need to send in the springs or other hardwares?

Unless there is something specific we need to test that requires the springs, there is no need to send the springs. Please also leave out spring collars/perch, top-mounts etc. The additional weight will also cost you extra $$$. So keep the package as light as possible without the risk of damages to the items.

How long is the turn-around time?

Turn around time varies depending on multiple factors, parts availability, build scheduling and shipping time. Let's assume we receive everything promptly, parts are in-stock, clear schedule and no excessive rebuild issues, standard turn around time is approximately 1 week.
